Variable spring support

Variable spring support:

Pipe-hanger has two types-- variable and constant force spring hanger, It's used for various pipeline installation, absorbs and cushion displacement and the amplitude of some cold heat pipes caused by expansion or the operation, and to restrict or allow the pipeline within the design value of swell displacement, so as to ensure the safety operation of the pipeline and equipment. With constant force spring hanger is using the lever principle, realization of spring in pipe expansion displacement, steam-water pipe to load change rate within 5%, the force to support pipeline or suspended.

Load range: 500-500 n,

Displacement range: 0-500 - mm,

Temperature range:　20 ~ + 200 ℃

Types of Variable spring support:

The term "type" is used with an alphabetical designation (A-G) to describe seven different physical connections to the supporting structure. The table below shows the physical connections for each type. Hangers are suspended from structural members while base supports (Type F) rest on a supporting surface.
