The product is made and tested according to the enter-prise standard Q/VAMT20-2007“rated voltage 110kV cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables and accessories”, among which, the insulation eccentricity of power cables shall be no more than 8%, partial discharge in the routine test shall be no more than 5pC and scraped finish test of extrusion conducting layer is added in the type test. The above indexes are all above the national standard GB/T11017-2002“rated voltgae 110kV cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cables and accessories” and IEC60840:1999“Test methods and requirements of rated voltgae above 30kV(Um=36kV)and 150kV(Um=170kV) extrusion-coated insulated cables and accessories”.

1) During the normal operation of cables, the max permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor shall not exceed 90℃;
2) Conductor short-circuit temperature not exceed 250℃, max sustaining period not exceed 5 seconds;
3) The min permissible bending radius during the cable laying is normally 25 times of the diameter of cables.
4) Free from restrictions of level difference along the route during the cable laying;
5) Pre-heated is needed when the temperature is below 0℃ during the cable laying.
