Oil/Gas Electric Trailer-mounted Drilling Rig
Features of Oil/Gas Electric Trailer-mounted Drilling Rig:
- It consists of front and rear modules when transported. The front module includes drill floor and rotary table etc., and the rear module includes drawworks, traveling block, hook, swivel and mast etc;
- The front platform of substructure is telescoping or semi-trailing type, and the rear module is semi-trailing type;
- The mast is telescoping type transported with rig or transported independently;
- The power transmission is either AC VFD motor drive or diesel engine compounding drive;
- High-level modularization ,good movement, convenient and efficient installation;
- Driller cabin can be equipped optionally;
- Top drive can be equipped optionally.
- The rig is designed and manufactured in compliance with API standard. It can operates under the temperature ranging from +50℃ to -35℃, conforming to HSE regulations.
