Features of Oil/Gas AC VFD Drilling Rig:
- Designed and manufactured in accordance with API and HSE standards;
- Operating from -35℃ to +50℃;
- Adopting full digitalized AC VF technology;
- Intelligentized driller control is achieved through the design of integration of PLC, touch panel, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic control and instrument parameters;
- Driven by broadband high-power motor to achieve speed regulation of drawworks, rotary table and mud pump during the whole performance;
- The drawworks is transmitted by single-shaft gear with 1 stepless speed regulation, which has simple structure and reliable performance;
- The brake system combines hydraulic disk brake with dynamic brake;
- Independent driller cabin with unified display of pneumatic, electric, hydraulic control, drilling parameters and instruments;
- Top drive can be equipped optionally;
- Integral skid system can be equipped optionally;
