Marine packaged refrigerator

Application:

Type marine packaged refrigerator mainly consist of refrigeration compressor,marine high-efficient condenser,liquid supply solenoid valve,thermostatic expansion valve,High/low temperature unit cooler,electrical control cabiner,instrument and valves,etc.It is ready to run after the relevant pipe is connected and power is on the temperature according to the requirement of retaining food.

Installation:

Pay attention to damage any componet of the tube system and the unit during lifting,The body is made of thin steel plates,hangers shall be used for lifting,wooden plate shall be used as protection pad for wall face in order to protect the body from damage.

Install the base of refrigerator to the ship foundation firmly,Install the cooling fan on the hanging ceiling,frunish wood to the foundation for heat insulation and shock absorption.

Connet cooling water pipes;connect the refrigerator and cooling fan with cooling pipes,well connect the water drain pipes of cooling fan,condensed water of all cooling fans shall be inducted to the outside of storage(furnish water steal and take notice of cold insulation and frost protection).

Connect the electric cabiner of refrigerator and cooling fans,lay the lines for external alarm or external operation,and access power to electric cabinet.

Well connect the pipe system and keep the inside of pipes clean and dry,After the connection,Airtight test and vacuum test must be taken,If the tightmess of refrigerator have not been confirmed,airtight test and vaccum test also be taken upon it.After sucessful tests,Low temperature return-air pipes shall be wrapped with heat insulation material to ensure no dewing or frosting outside the pipes.
