Instructions: 1.The electrodes must be baked under about 350℃ for an hour before welding, and used as soon as baking is completed. 2.The stains on the weldments, such as rust, oil stains, moisture, etc., must be cleared away before welding. 3.It is suitable to manipulate the electrodes directly downwards or with a little downward crescent weaving, but the weaving should not be too wide. 4.Striking arc should be completed out of the groove and, when starting the manipulation of electrodes, the molten pool should be filled before the manipulation of electrodes. |
