When finished wire is dipped into water of 20℃ for 3 hours,insulation resistance shall not be lower than 500MΩ.Km
When finished cable is dipped into water of room temperature,it should withstand the D.C Voltage stipulated in table below for 5 min withour breakdown.
Heat-test: 20℃,wind after 96 hours without cracking
Low temperature resistant test:-60℃ for 2 hours,wind without cracking
Solvent Resistant test:Dry at 135℃ for 5 hours,and put into 50℃ high strength insulation varnish for 30 minutes,take it out and dry it,then dry again at 135℃ for 48 hours,insulating layer should be winded without cracking,brittle failure or sticking.
