Introduction: W107Ni is a kind of low temdperature steel electrode containing Ni with low-hydrogen natrium type coating. DCRP (Direct Current Reversed Polarity). All-position welding. Due to the 5% Ni in the weld, the weld metal has excellent tempering stability.


Uses: Used for welding steel structures like 06AlNbCuN, 06MnNb and 3.5Ni.

Instructions:
1.The electrodes must be baked under about 350℃ for an hour before welding, and used as soon as baking is completed.
2.When welding, middle and little criteria had better be adopted, as well as multi-layer and multi-pass welding, and the layer temperature should be controlled below 200℃.
