Marine AC Axial Fan

1. General
CDZ series marine ac axial fans(low noise),(the fan)are new type and energy save and low noise products. They have the features of high efficiency, low noise, stable turning and meeting the marine conditions etc. They are suitable for chamber ventilation and also applicable for other suitable places.
2. Features
The fans are designed according to arbitrary vortex flow method. We choose the most reasonable vortex flow coefficient based on the fans specification, distribute every sectional characteristic speed and length of the blades, make full use of the high peripheral velocity of the blade point, Therefore, they have the features of high efficiency, low noise, large flow and pressure coefficient, light weight etc.
During the course of design and manufacture, we had thought fully of the marine secial condition, the impellers are strictly done dynamic balance and over speed test. Therefore, the fans also have the features of good corrosion, swing resistance, shock resistance and vibration resistance, stable turning, safety and reliability etc.
3.Structure
The impeller is riveted by blade pressed by aluminium sheet die set and hub boss made by galvanized steel sheet. The housing and support are made of common steel and taken anti corrosion measures.
Looking directly from the motor side, the impeller turn counter clockwise.
Because the blades are made of aluminium sheet, which suits for low pressure and large flow conditions.
The fans is fitted with marine AC motor.
