This product is suitable for mobile electrical instruments or signal transmission with AC rated voltage 450/750V and below.This cable has features like cold-resistant, anti-oil, high tensile strength, tear resistance, flexibility and other characteristics suitable for metallurgy, electric power, machinery, ports and other industries mobile and other special requirements with occasions.
NBR insulated and sheathed Flexible control cable Service condition and standards
1. AC rated voltage: U0 / U 450/750KV. Maximum operating temperature: 70 ℃ (flame retardant to 105 ℃)
2. Minimum ambient temperature: fixed laying -40 ℃, non-fixed installation -15 ℃
3. Cable installation laying temperature should not be lower than -20 ℃.
4. Flame test comply with GB12666-90 standard
NBR insulated and sheathed Flexible control cabletechnical performance
1. Finished resistance of the conductor in line with GB3956 requirements.
2.20 ℃ insulation resistance of not less than 50MΩ/KM
2. Finished cable withstand voltage test 50HZ AC3.0KV/5min without breakdown.

Notes: 1.For flame retardant cable, plus ZR before models.
2.conductor wire core tinned copper wire can be used.
3.if any special requirements,it can be manufactured in accordance with drawings or designed and manufactured in accordance with environmental requirements.
