Introduction: J556FeXG is a kind of iron powder electrode with low-hydrogen potassium type coating specially used for pipelines. The characteristics are that in downward welding, the slags do not fall off, the arc is stable and has a little spray force, and it has better slag detachability, regular ripples, higher deposition efficiency, excellent mechanical properties and excellent crack-resistance. AC/DC. It will be more effective when using DCRP (Direct Current Reversed Polarity) in welding.

Uses: Suitable for filling welding and cosmetic welding on medium-carbon steel and low-alloy steel pipes with corresponding strength grades, and also used for downward fillet welding and downward butt groove welding on structural steel with the same strength grades.

Instructions:
1.The electrodes must be baked under 350-400℃ for an hour before welding, and used as soon as baking is completed.
2.The stains on the weldments, such as rust, oil stains, moisture, etc., must be cleared away before welding.
3.When welding, short arc must be used, and it is suitable to manipulate the electrodes directly downwards or with a little downward crescent weaving.
